This class will help you become more aware of everything going on with your body so you can build confidence as labor approaches. This gentle, yet, challenging class will help women feel more comfortable during pregnancy by teaching them how to get their minds, bodies, and, hearts strong and how to be calm during labor, delivery, and, parenting. Every class will include “Circle Time”, strength-building, stretching, and, meditation. Beginners will feel comfortable in this class while experienced yogis will enjoy the practical application of traditional yoga to the pre-natal experience.
Pre-natal yoga, the deliberate weaving together of yoga and childbirth preparation, opens the door for women to reclaim their physical, mental, and, emotional powers and receptivity during the birth process. Find ways to battle everything from morning sickness to tight hips while bonding with other women who are on the same journey as you. Water, mats, and, props are always provided free of charge. No experience is necessary.
